Day 29 - A picture that can always make you smile.

This beautiful boy! My nephew Christian, he melts my heart! He is seriously the most gorgeous baby i have ever laid eyes on! Hes perfect! My babies better be this darn good lookin! He sooo little, and always so happy! I love his giggles, his mumbling, his kisses! Ill be holding him, or playing with him, and he'll randomly grab my face and pull me to him and give me a kiss! Isnt that just precioussss! A baby so young expressing love and giving hugs and kisses! Love my little love bug! <3

Day 30 - A picture of someone i miss.

I miss my friend Megan! Her husbands in the navy, so she had to move away :( boo! But we're hoping they'll move back up here in a year after hes done with his orders or wtvr. Shes having a baby girl very soon, and im so excited to be the God Mother! I am going to spoil that girl rotten! I miss doing random stuff. Laid back stuff. Just hanging out. We are always open with each other, and comfortable to be ourselves. We can both be obnoxious and loud. And we both crack each other up. I like that we are comfortable enough to just call  each other and say im coming over right now, and itd be totally fine. No scheduling, penciling in, planning. I miss her! 

Why is it so hard finding good girlfriends? Like seriously. I get along much better with guys. I have more guy friends overall. They are cooler and funner to hang out with, they dont come with drama, theyr laid back, open, and adventurous. Theres no work with male friendships lol. Anyways, girlfriends. I feel like most of my girlfriends are now engaged, married or having a baby, so they are int heir own little world. Why is it once ppl get married they drop all their single friends and only keep the couples? You guys suck. hah. And the other female friends that dont fall int hose categories are too busy in college and work, have moved away for college or are just plain boring. lol. Im sorry, im being honest. I love them, but they are blahhh. The ones im left with, after the married, or pregnant, or long distance ones, are plain boring. They dont wanna vacation, they dont wanna go out, they dont wanna spend money, they dont wanna shop, they dont wanna road trip, they dont wanna do anything really. haha. Now, im not saying i dont have some awesome friends, i do have a few really good ones, and we get together about once a month or so, depending on if their husband will babysit, or they get time off studying or work, but i feel like im still young, and i still wanna live and be spontaneous and have fun! I think i need to start making some that share my interests :)

Itd be nice in my boyfriend lived here. But he doesnt. Little fart.

This is what i ate today, and i think im gonna make something like it again for a super late dinner.

Its a oven toasted veggie sw. I just chopped up diff veggies such as peppers mushrooms green onions, cucumber, and turkey and cheese, mixed w mayo and toast! So good! The ingredients change all the time, depending on what i have in my fridge.

Wow, today flew by. I like Mondays, cuz its my boss's day off, so we all pretty much slack all day. That means we're all on the internet, browsing the web, Facebooking, playing pranks, listening to music, and other shananigans.

Like for example. The security guy at work is sitting with me at my desk, and we're joking and etc, and he picks up my intercom phone, the one that goes into all of the residents rooms, and starts some weird heavy breathing, then is about to say  in a creepy whisper voice "im in your closettttt" but i stop him by giving him a twist pinch! How horrible is that? Horrible! Thatd give ME a heart attack, not to mention 90 yr olds! Can you imagine? Ya, me too. And im laughing. lol. Hes horrible. I dont participate in such things, i swear. This never usually happens. He must have had something before work, cuz he was hyper!

So. Monday Down. 4 more days to go!

How was your guys weekend? Mine was pretty good! 

Saturday i was up at 4am, with only 30 mins of sleep, and drove 45 mins to the girls house to do her hair. It was the easiest $$ i ever made! And in less than an hour! It went really great, and she loved it! She also said shed like me to do her hair for her wedding, but thats in August, so we'll see, since its a whiles away. I had a hard time driving cuz it was still dark and i was tired, but once i got there i was pumped and full of energy, i left and i was back to zip. Its crazy how fast my energy declined haha. I got home and slept till 2, then went shopping for some work pants. Im being so good by not feeding my shopping addiction! The jewelry i got at Forever21 doesnt count. lol. So proud of myself! Clap clap!

Saturday & Sunday i spent with the fam, my brother and sis in law, and my cute lil nephew Christian! He isnt there child, but my cousins, they were just watching him for the weekend. 

Sunday included more shopping with the sister in law! No purchases for me though.

My dads home from work today, hes been gone on business for the past 2 weeks! So we're grilling steak, chicken, & veggies! I am sooo happy asparagus is back in season! Mmmmm :)

Day 26 - A picture of something that means a lot to you.

Laughing.

Laughing means everything to me. Its my favorite thing to do. I absolutely love it. If you can make me laugh, you have my heart! Seriously. I love funny. A good sense of humor. Laughing so hard your abs hurt, and your eyes are leaking! haha. Thats how i pick my friends. And thats how i picked my man :)

Day 27 - A picture of you and a family member.

My sister Vita & I :) Like most siblings, we argue and butt heads often but we also get along really well when we're bothin the mood lol. We have the same sense of humor so we usually get each other laughing. haha! Im laughing just thinking about it! lol. We have been getting along really well this week. Shes been sweet and sleeping with me in my room downstairs cuz ive been having bad anxiety about earthquakes lol. I love her! :)

Day 28 - A picture of something your afraid of.

Welllllll, right now earthquakes! Sucks living in the earthquake state! And especially after all that happened in Japan! I havent been able to sleep!

Cliche? Its true. I wish i could change the world. I wish we could all be happy. I wish no one was ever sad, hurt, in pain, in hunger. I wish we could all be happy for each other, encourage each other, work together to make a beautiful world. Be friendly with our neighbors, smile and help strangers, money wasnt ever a problem, food was never limited for anyone. I wish we could all have green lawns, flower boxes, waved at our neighbors, and supported our coworkers, loved strangers just like family and friends. I wish no one was selfish, evil, and cruel. All just happy :)

Day 23 - A picture of your favorite book.

My favorite Author for the past 2 years has been Sue Grafton. She has an alphabet series. A book for every letter of the alphabet, and i dont know what im gonna do when shes finished! I love her books, they have me hooked. Ive read every single book in the series up to T, and waiting for her next one (U) to come out. Its driving me crazy. Not many people know this about me, but i am a HUGE reader! I go through books and books a month. I can read 2 or 3 books a week. I love it. Im a huge bookworm. I dont know why people never believe me when i tell em. lol. Prob cuz i dont look the part? i dunno. I can live in the library though. I moved away from the library i was going to for 5 years, and havent had a chance to go there since, its about a half hour drive and i dont go that way often anymore so i havent been able to read as much. Im gonna make a trip to the library this wknd i decided. Cuz i miss it.

On a totally diff subject, i have a question for you ladies.

Im obviously a newbie to blogging, and am still trying to get a hang of all the features and how everything works and etc, and am learning lil things everyday. 

What i wanna know is do ya'll know how to get those "You might also like" tabs under every post? I want my readers to be able to browse diff posts with out having to hit "older posts" for dayssss. 

Also, if your not a follower, please follow! It makes my day! I love it, and i love you guys!

I try to respond to all my comments & get friendly with all my girls, cuz you guys are sweethearts!

And to those who are already followers, THANK YOU SO MUCH! It means bunches!! I love getting your comments and emails, and i have made some amazing friends since! I wish you all lived here in my town! haha :)

Saving money. As ya'll should know from previous posts, one of my new years resolutions was to start saving money, and i recently started to. I am surprised and so very proud of myself for this. Because if theres anything anyone knows about me, its that i cannnnot save money. I just cant, and dont. The only times i had ever saved money in my entire life was for vacations. Ya, thats how ridiculous i am. I spend all my money on food, clothing, going out, random crap i dont need, and even more food. I live paycheck to paycheck. Looking back a few months ago, i seriously dont know how i could have spent my entire paycheck in 2 weeks. I dont pay rent, i have afew bills, but nothing major. In 2 weeks i would go through hundredsssss of dollars and never had anything to show for it, except weight gain hah! So you have no idea how hard it was for me to finally commit to saving my money, and budgeting to the dollar! It was hard for a few weeks, but now it just seems normal. It feels good. Its not that hard to do, its about making up your mind. Changing your mind set. This is huge for me! And im doing FANTASTIC with it! Im so proud of myself, and it feels good to know im close to accomplishing one of my goals this year. Its really changed my thinking. :)

Day 18: A picture of your biggest insecurity.

My weight. And i dont wanna sound ridiculous cuz i know im not fat. But i do think i can be smaller, leaner, toner, and healthier. Actually, i know i can. I have been. And thats why i have such a hard time with my current weight. When youve seen yourself at your best, you wont be satisfied with anything else. Am i right? If i had never been smaller, i would probably not have a problem with my current weight. But because i know i have and can be, i do have a problem. I wanna look my best, why would i wanna settle for anything else? I dont. I also know i control this. I know its because my eating habits and no exercise are horrific. I need to change this. And i vow to do so this year. Hopefully sooner than later haha :)

Day 19: A picture and a letter.

Mama, im sorry for making you sad today. I dont deserve you. You are a much greater person that i will ever be. Your a beautiful, amazing, loving, caring, sweet person, and you deserve better. Thank you for feeding us, cleaning for us, doing our laundry. Making a home for us. For loving us. I am very fortunate to have a mother like you. One that loves  me selflessly, has always taken care of me, kept me safe, and prayed for me. I am grateful for the many nights you've cared for me when i was sick, for taking me to church, for all the things you've done for this family, for working so hard every single day, for having six of us brats. Sorry for being selfish today, and for hurting your feelings. I know you forgive me, because you love me like that. Like only a momma does. I love you <3

Obama. I dont mean to offend anyone. But im being real. If you dont like it, dont comment. Presidents these days over all. If you look at Presidents like George Washington, Abe Lincoln, etc and todays Presidents, read what those men wrote, what they thought, what they wanted for this country, and look at todays men, its saddening, and excruciatingly disappointing. We need great leaders like that again. Ones whos true best interest, is this country. This man....lets not start this actually. I get heated.

30 Day Photo Challenge - Day 11

Day 11: A picture of something you hate.

The weather here has been pretty bad. Very rainy, drizzly, freezing! The past 2 nights when i crawl into bed and hear the pouring rain outside, the hail, and the whistle of the wind, i cannot help but think about those less fortunate than me. Seriously. Ive been walking around like a zombie during the day, cuz i cant fall asleep at night. All i can think about is how there are people sleeping outside, in this freezing cold beating down rain, some probably sick , some hungry, all miserable. And im in my warm room, my soft bed, under multiple warm blankets, dry, and fed. Then i think about how many people i can fit into my house. Even if its on the floor, laid out like sardines, one next to the other, at least theyd be dry, and warm. I could probably fit over 100 in this huge house. And how many spare blankets i have. I wish i could do it. My heart hurts for them.

I AM BLESSED.

That would have to be my best friend Veronika. Shes the one friend i have the most in common with. Our sense of humor is EXACTLY IDENTICAL! And thats most important to me. Laughing is my favorite! Veronika is the brunette! Sorry i dont have a better pic on my laptop. Some of my favorite memories are with Veronika. I have laughed to tears with this girl. I have peed my pants with this girl! hahaha! We have done some of the most f'd up things together! hahah! I wont go into detail with that haha! 

We have gone grave robbing in the middle of the night together. haha! That night ended with me peeing my pants.

We have built our own Bluetooths together. haha! Yes, thats a rubber band. 

We have thrown Gypsy Pool Parties.

Annnnd Hideous Dress Parties.

And rescued kittens!

And went to underground swing dancing parties downtown!

And seen some nasty seats at the theater! haha! That could be a butt print. Or that could be....

Day 9 - A picture of the person who has gotten you through the most.

I have gotten myself through the most. Like ive mentioned before, im not the most open person ever, i dont really confide in anyone, and i usually have a hard time showing my feelings or emotions. Im stubborn, opinionated, and closed up. But my tough side has helped me get myself through some hard times, and i love it. Im strong, and independent, and im my own best friend at times. Dont mind the fact that i look preggo in the picture, im not and never been. I dont know why it looks like so, maybe the angle, the dress, or my position. I swear i dont have a gut like that either! ha! :)

I have very very many, most from my childhood, but unfortunately, pictures of those aren't digital. Ill just have to chose one from these past few years, and ill go with Mexico last spring with Kaitlin. I had the craziest, scariest, most amazing time! haha! But thats for a whole other post! Ill do one soon!

Thats easy, someone filthy rich. Im not a Kim Kardashian fan. I think shes pretty but shes not really my type of pretty. But she is a perfect example of what i mean. Did you know her family made 65 MIL LAST YEAR! Thats more than Angelina Jolie, Sandra Bullock, and Tom Cruise make a year, combined! And what do the girls do? Nothing rly! Thats just lovely...

Day 07 - A picture of your most treasured item

Hard! I dont own much sentimental gushy mushy stuff. Or atleast i cant think of anything atm. Atm being 5:19am and i havent gone to bed yet. Im crazy, i know! Lucky yooou, im getting this done!

As of right now, 5:19am lol, ill go with my Michael Kors watch from the mister. I wear it everyday and think of him and his sweetness for getting me it! I absolutely LOVE it! Its big and chunky kinda masculine, but still feminine. I always get complements on it, and people love the Rose Gold! :) 

This is probably my most treasured item right now because im missing my Mister sooooo much! His phones been turned off and we haven't been able to really communicate for 2 days!  Reason being that the Mister works an INSANELY BUSY schedule. Like today his work day was from 6am to 12am, midnight! And hasn't been able to go take care of his cell phone bill. 

He is the most hardworking man i have ever met, besides my papa! I am sooo proud and amazed of him and respect his hard work so much!

His weekly schedule goes:

Mon 6am-3pm 4pm-12am

Tue 4pm-12am

Wed 7am-3pm 4pm-12am

Thur 8am-3pm 4pm-12am

Fri 4pm-12am

And Tuesdays and Fridays he studies from 9am till work at 4pm.

I totally forgot about todays challenge. Tonight i went to dinner at Red Robin w my gorgeous friend Yelena! I had my usual! The Crispy Chicken Burger that comes with their amaaaazing bottomless fries! I LOVE Red Robin! Im deff a burger & fries kinda girl!
After dinner we went to see a movie! We saw Just Go With It! Suuuuuch a good movie! I loved it!
I got a bag of chips and this is what i got!

This is a brand new bag, chips untouched! wtf? Thats like 1/5 of the bag! Cheapos!

I came home and snuggled up in blankets up to my ears and watched Law & Order.
At some point i crawled out of my cave to devour this yummy goodness!

A Smore Brownie! ITS DELICIOUS! I always inhale it!

All in all i had a great night! And im sooo glad to be home! I LOVE home! Im deff more of a homebody now ive noticed. I was telling The Mister tonight how funny the change is from just half a year or so ago. He used to tell me i needed to relaxxxxx. I used to go out every chance i got. A social butterfly. I was never home. Never. Now, i cant wait tooo get home! Going out isnt the same. I always just end up thinking about how i wanna be at home in my comfies half way through the night. haha. Am i getting old? Im only 22. I think the old people at work are really rubbing off on me.
The first thing i do when i get through the door is go straight to my room, strip all my clothes off and snuggle into my comfies and then head straight to my bathroom to take my makeup off. Then ill have dinner or what not. Seriously, it goes like that step by step every night. I cannot relax until im freshly scrubbed and in my sweats. Are you guys the same?

Day 3 - 30 Day Challenge

See, this is where you start seeing my indecisiveness

I CANNOT choose one. 

I have become an avid watcher of The Bachelor this season. I watch it every week. And i stress during the rose ceremonies. This weeks gave me sooo much anxiety! I know im gonna have anxiety attacks these last final episodes. Its gettin down to the nitty gritty. Oh boy..

I watch Law & Order SVU every single night. Seriously. I was never a big fan, but i ran out of shows to follow a month or two back and started watching this. Ive been hooked ever since!

I also watch Lie To Me every week. It seriously is an AMAZING show. I am obsessed with it. You have to watch it!!!

I am also in loooove with Burn Notice. I have been a fan from the first night it started. The cast is perfect, and the characters are amazing! I am just waiting for them to start up again. Dont you hate when shows go on break? Urgh!

This sucks. I really wanna be neat and just do one. But nooooooo, i have to go posting 4! This kinda defeats the purpose. Boo! Your gonna see this alot during the challenge haha!
